The three-story building has a unique design featuring two corner towers. One is circular, borrowing from the Romanesque architectural style, while the other is rectangular. Interestingly, both towers originally had distinctive roofs – a dome on the circular one and a hipped roof on the rectangular side of the building, but these have since been replaced.
