Mini mall storage bought out aaa storage. I do not like the new policies that the are making us have to do . 1. You must have insurance which they will provide you for $22.95 + tax. 2. Your bill is now due on the 1st of every month. Some people are on disability and social security and don't receive their money until the 2nd or 3rd Wednes day of every month.. 3. You do not have 24hr acess to your unit anymore. 4. You have to give in writing a 10 day notice of vacate if you move out. I'm not renting a house from you. 5. No managers on site except the Ft. Rucker location. I have no problems with the staff . The staff is wonderful at all locations. It's all the changes .

My previous review turned out to be incorrect. Pretty much everything I praised about this company ended up being false. Their fees are ridiculous, and corporate makes terrible policies then hides behind their entry-level storage managers to let the grunts take the brunt of customers' anger. Management is spineless and conniving from top to bottom, more than happy to drive prices through the roof but not bold enough to have hard conversations with employees or customers. I poured my soul into this company and they fired me without even having the decency to say why. Bunch of greedy, lying, dishonest, backstabbing cowards with no sense of customer service or customer loyalty.

Drive-up storage units allow tenants to drive up to, load, and unload their storage unit. This is especially useful for transporting large items. Drive-up storage units are tall, convenient, and located on the ground floor so that you don’t have to navigate stairs or elevators. 

Absolutely! It’s important to us that your belongings are protected. Therefore, we require all tenants to hold a valid insurance policy. Get covered with your own insurance plan and provide proof of coverage with your policy number, coverage overview, start date, and expiry date.
